The boys had a fun weekend! Uncle Ian came and picked them up for a SUPERSLEEPOVER! He took them and their cousin Liam to make their own sweatshirts. They also got to see their Nana, whom they havnt been able to see in a while, so she was very surprised! Its so cute to see them all together. Faith spent the night with gramma and Papa, she had fun as weel. So mom and dad actually had some time together, so we went out to dinner at the Livonia Inn, and went to the Flea Market this morning, a well needed break, but we missed them all and of course they were our topic of conversation the entire time!

Do you believe it! Football is finally over!!! Both of the boys had their last games this weekend!
Both games were parent appreciation games I was able to receive two handsome buttons of my boys and able to walk on the field with them both with Mike before each game. After Alex's game we all had a banquet with pizza and a metal ceremony, I am going to brag a little and say that Alex's Head coach predicted him to be the all star quarterback when his gets to Varsity!
Andrew had some crazy sacks during his game, and they won it as well. And to top of a wonderful season Grandma got to see it all, We all so happy she came from West Virgina

We threw a big party for Bruce and Diane last weekend for their BIG 40th wedding Anniversary, lots of planning turned into lots of fun. We were able to have Aunt Kristy stay with us, we kept her busy too! Needless to say Bruce was very surprised. It was enjoyable to be there, to be a part of the celebration is truly inspiring.

Last weekend was Homecoming for the football teams, so there was a parade in the village of Livonia both of the boys were in the parade Faith enjoyed the candy that was thrown. after the parade both of the boys were water boys for the Varsity game. Alex thought he would share his expertize with a few of the Varsity players, they of course listened with humor! They both were very humble to be on the field with the "Giants!" As a mother I was impressed with how these older teens treated all these boys, patience and kindness.. It was also great to share that time with Aunt Kristy also, she came and spent the weekend with us.

Alex had a 1800s day at school last week he was so excited, we had to pack his lunch in all cloth, that was alittle challenging, we could not use any plastic, and no food that is modern, had to be 1800 food. he had fun, they made butter, and worked in a one room school house.

Today Faith had her first Field trip on a school bus, she had fun! Their was a problem in the morning due to miss info about each child needing a carseat, so Faith was not able to ride the big yellow bus, instead she got to ride on the special small yellow bus, however she was still very happy;) Faith got to see so many animals on the farm, her favorite was feeding the chickens, and walking down the middle isle of the cow stalls dodging bombs! (for those that dont know, that would be cows poopping), that was very funny to many and very scary to some. We also got to go for a tractor hay ride. and to end the day she got to sit in the tractor for a picture.
